Taylor Glover, RMT
My name is Taylor and I graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2018. I have a passion for learning human anatomy and physiology, combined with an interest in helping others improve their health, this, in turn, allows me to personalize my massage therapy services. I approach the treatment by balancing both therapeutic and relaxation techniques, as well as treating the patient as a whole. I have treated a variety of conditions that include sports-related injuries, chronic back and neck pain, overuse injuries and postural imbalances. I have also treated a variety of patients from office workers to athletes, to expecting mothers. My primary treatment techniques include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, relaxation massage, myofascial release, and headaches. Feel free to reach out with any questions! I recently moved to Poco and am looking forward to meeting new patients and growing my practice. Outside of the office, I spend my time walking the dog, running, yoga, hiking and snowboarding amongst other things. Looking forward to meeting you!
Ryan Dong, RMT
Ryan graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in 2018. Growing up playing physically demanding sports, Ryan has experienced multiple sports-related injuries which were overcome with the help of a massage therapist. This inspired him to study massage therapy at VCMT where Ryan learned to help others with their injuries and improve their everyday life. Ryan believes that no treatment should be identical to the next as everyone’s body is different. But typically, Ryan’s treatments consist of trigger point release, myofascial techniques, PNF stretching, joint mobilization and Swedish massage. After treatment, Ryan educates his patients with specific homecare exercises and stretches to further continue the treatment process in their everyday routine. Whether you are looking for rehabilitation, injury prevention, or general maintenance, Ryan is eager to help you achieve your goals! Ryan enjoys golfing, running, volleyball, ice hockey and snowboarding on his free time.
